This mattress pad is so much nicer than the one I am replacing. The quilting is so thick that you can't feel the waterproof backing through it, and it doesn't make a crunchy sound that is common with plastic backings. It's all very soft on top, and has deep sides for a good fit.
Very nice quality, washes and dries well. Fits a 6 inch deep mattress Very very happy about that! :)
